As Service Manager, I am responsible for guarding our service quality standards and constantly looking for ways to improve them. Together with my colleagues from the First Response Team, I am having a great time to make sure our customers have the best experience.
In my spare time, I like to spend my time carving miniature aircraft from wood, smoking a tobacco pipe or reading a book. Also, love to spend time on the beach walking our dachshund Bibi and when the water temperature gets above 10 degrees Celsius I might consider a swim in the sea.
