The PensionSim enables Cardano to interactively communicate with pension fund trustees and other key decision makers in order to show them the impact of their decisions over a period of more than 15 years, while staying within the boundaries belonging to the risk appetite of the fund.
Cardano has been using their PensionSim for several years. Although they were satisfied with the concept, it had not aged very well and proved to be more limiting than they preferred. They asked us to rethink, redesign and rebuild their PensionSim so it would offer them more flexibility across a wider range of platforms. Most importantly the new PensionSim had to be built in a way that Cardano could swiftly respond to changes in the pension landscape.
Both developers from VI Company and quants from Cardano were involved in the agile development of the new PensionSim. This resulted in in-depth discussions about the solution and greatly simplified the decision making progress
